Reconcile outlet counts with branches, zone valves, alarm points, source capacity, backing, wall closures, and owner equipment. Assign testing, purging, certification, startup, and record documentation according to the project requirements. Record unresolved assignments in the mep scope interface matrix and preserve the approved disposition with the estimate revision.
